UPDATED PRE-SEASON SCHEDULE

Pre Season Training Schedule 2009

The pre season schedule will be a structured and varied 8 week program, building towards the start of the 2009 campaign, which is due at this stage to commence on Saturday 28^th March 2009.  This is dependant on our cup draw in the Soccer Pools Cup, which we qualified for by finishing in the Top 8 last year.  The Amateur Cup 1st round is on Sunday 5^th April, with the league program getting underway on Sunday 12^th April.

Monday 16^th Feb – Arena Joondalup Meet 615pm for 630pm start (leave your boots at home running shoes only!) Depart Athletics Oval 630pm for a tour of Lake Joondalup!

Football West Registration for all players in Bar Area from 730pm

Wednesday 18^th Feb – Arena Joondalup

Athletics Oval 630pm start followed by Football West Registration for all players.
